Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining user consent in advance, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws:

  1. When required by law:
    1. When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain consent from the person.
    2. When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain consent from the person.
    3. When necessary to cooperate with a national institution, a local public body, or an individual or entity entrusted by such to execute the operations prescribed by law and obtaining consent from the person could impede the execution of such operations.
